Lucy’s Yoga and Baby Massage collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a service.
Lucy’s Yoga and Baby Massage does not sell any of your details with any third party. When placing a booking, or attending a class, you are obliged to provide us with your name, address, email address and phone number. We may ask for more information than this, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.

Covid-19 Data collection and sharing
Clients are requested to confirm that they do not have symptoms of Covid-19 and that they have not knowingly been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19 symptoms or have tested positive. If a client tests positive for Covid-19 and has been at class then Lucy’s Yoga and Baby Massage is required to share contact information with the NHS Track and Trace service.
Data Retention
Covid-19 confirmation slips are held in paper form for 12 weeks after each in person class before being disposed of.
Client registration forms are held in paper form for 5 years from the date signed.
Digital Records of clients contact details, booking records and payment records will be kept for 7 years for accounting purposes only.
Paper records are kept in a locked filing cabinet and disposed of by shredding before being composted.
Digital records are kept on a password protected computer and securely online with Google Drive.
Your Rights
You may ask to see a copy of your records at any time, by emailing Lucy-Jayne Costello on lucyjayne.costello@gmail.com and you can request at any time that your data is erased or amended. Please let us know if any of your details change so that we can keep your records up to date and accurate.
