Mum and Baby Yoga

Mum and Baby yoga strengthens and tones muscles after birth including stomach, pelvic floor and back, and by using gentle stretches and poses which are right for your body today these will be focused on. Yoga can also improve sleep, help you relax and improve your fitness, balance and posture. 

Mum and Baby yoga offers loads of benefits to your baby – from calming and relaxing them, to helping their reflexes develop. It can improve their awareness of their surroundings, and even make your bond stronger.  Every class includes spending time connecting, singing and stretching with your baby.

While this class is focused towards a birthing persons physical health, non gestational parents or other caregivers are more than welcome to join with their baby.
